Across leadership roles at General Mills, ConAgra Foods, Lamb Weston, and Berlin Packaging, she consistently delivered profitable growth, strengthened customer partnerships, and built high-performing teams operating at scale.
In her most recent corporate role, Julia led the Wine segment at Berlin Packaging, driving sustained double-digit growth well above industry benchmarks. Her success was rooted in aligning commercial decisions with financial outcomes and leading disciplined cross-functional execution across sales, supply chain, finance, and operations.
She later served as President of a boutique leadership development firm, where she led client engagement, operations, and the design and delivery of customized leadership solutions for global organizations.
